Skirt Steak?

How bad is this? It's the only thing on the menu available - and it comes rare..
Said no to the binham blue butter and
Swapped out the chunky chips for side nutmeg cabbage. Kept roasted mushroom and tomato.
Can only keep fingers-crossed.

Then OH had a cheese board - only thing I could have was a stick of celery - good thing I was nicely full and not tempted to indulge - other than a small decaf cappuccino ;-)

Steak looks delish (wouldnt think it was bad) and the celery is nicely arranged - LOL cheese board looks good too

Thanks guys - wasn't sure how fatty skirt steak is compared to sirloin etc - but can confirm all was totally yummy

it's always best at a pinch to go for a fatty steak than a jacket potato or a sauce, so well done!
