Hello all, so far day one is going well, swapped fish for quorn grill with cabbage and mushrooms cooked in garlic butter....... Delicious!
Resisted sweets and chocolate at work, need to keep strong! :)
 
Morning, day 2
B scrambled egg, mushrooms and cabbage fried in butter
L tuna and rocket salad ( with mayo)
T cauliflower cheese, quorn fillet
Snack celery with peanut butter ( probably not induction but my life saver)
Have a great day everyone, squeezed into work trousers so motivated to get rid of excess poundage!)
 
Morning Sandra, sounds like a good day two - i'm ignoring the peanut butter! Also jealous as peanuts a trigger food for me so i cant even have in the house:(.

Know the feeling re trousers - hope they get bigger fast:D

I must try the celery and peanut butter....but I won't be buying the peanut butter for a while, I find it hard to stop once I start.

Snack. Celery peanut butter, coffee with cream
Really enjoyed food today, need to drink more water

B left over cauliflower cheese, mixed greens
L rocket, avocado , feta, olives
T quorn mince, tomato, onion, garlic with courgette spaghetti
Snacks celery peanut butter, coffee with cream (1)
Really enjoying food , averaging around 30g of carbs each day, not feeling as bloated as this time last week.
 
How do ypu get the courgette spag not watery?
 
I cook the courgette spaghetti in butter, delicious
It's more like tagliatelle as the slices are much wider than spaghetti

I love courgetti - I steam mine for a bit then fry quickly in lemon oil. Try crumbling a bit of feta over it too - YUM!

How do you make your cauli cheese, Sandra?
 
Morning food sounds great, i must buy some courgette, I love it sliced and cooked in olive oil with prawns chilli and garlic.

Evening all
Well I have had a terrible headache all day think Atkins flu has arrived. Must drink more water. Tummy feels flatter already and I have noticed I am not nibbling between meals, managing not to be tempted by biscuits at work.
Susie, I make my cauliflower cheese by making Shrinki's best cheese sauce( this is a firm family favourite) and pour over boiled cauliflower , then brown under the grill, it's so scrumptious !
Food today
B Cheese and mushroom omelette with mixed greens
L mixed salad, avocado , green olives, feta, mayo
T marks and spencer seafood casserole, roasted pepper and cauliflower cheese

Morning all
Felt bit rough over the weekend, avoided alcohol, drank low calorie bitter lemon instead and delighted to report at this mornings weigh in I have lost six pounds, over the moon with that loss.
