20x lunges with bicep curls
Using an exercise step or the bottom step of the stairs – do 30 step ups

Remember to just do what you can and don’t over-do it and hurt yourself
 
I'll struggle with those Phill - can I just hop on one leg 50 times while punching mid-air? lol!!! :D
