I find I'm sleeping OK but then I get up at 6am every day so I'm ready for bed around 10pm ish. Losing weight has improved my snoring (so the missus says, I never heard it!) which has almost certainly improved my sleeping too.
My OH is definitely snoring less, or more quietly, I haven't had to reach for the earplugs recently. Though now it's the diet that's keeping me awake.
