Yep babes I have replaced mine a few times, I find after a while the strength of contractions weakens and that's when I tend to replace them xx

Just bought them 3 for 2 £19.99 and then just decided to pop the shorts into the shopping basket!

I hmmmed and haaaaed about getting the mini or the shorts - decided on the shorts as it seems to do thighs and bum - but knowing me ill get the mini too! lol
