    I used the tummy one and i have the arm one too! I've no idea bout the tummy one working, i never noticed anything, prob would work better on someone slim like you :D but the arm one was bloody brilliant! You do have to use it every day to get a result though!xx

    So whats it meant to do? Does it make you lose inches or just tone you up?

    Should I measure myself before I start since im being the guinea pig? haha!!

    I've been using one for the last week or so. I assume it's meant to tone you up but it's got a hell of a lot of work to do on my jelly so I've not noticed any difference yet!!!

    for toneing int it its to simulate exercise ive used 1 b4 u can deffinatley feel a burn an i felt it the next day ther ment 2 b good but its just settin it up n sittin ther with it on an they can be a bit painfull when u turn them right up if yer not used 2 it but they are good

    changed frm lipotrim to CD
    i used to use one, it never worked fr me....(althou i dint use it everyday, i dont like the feeling of it, id rather the feeling of 100sit ups.... feels like im act working:) ) hope it works fr u xxcc

    u not got the instructions for it? i personally tryed 2 get 20 2 30 mins on it ther good for toneing but when i used them i had 2 much fat round me stomach 2 show any results properly
    but i have the individual pad 1s 2 an they reely work on me arms glad u brought this up when ive lost some more weight i think ill use mine :D

    I managed to get mine on my tummy up to like 90 i think it is on my one and used to wear it for 20 minutes, have break of 10 then another 20. You've got me thinking about using mine again now hun!! Definately will have to dig it out when i've lost more weight :p xx

    Hay yeah had one up intill the other day my boyfriend broke it wxxxxx he had the cheak to try and offer me a cheaper one what a laugh its quiet good but apparently was watching a show and it said it dont work your muscles

    my poser of a brother uses my mums to keep his six pack in check... he says it works! why did i get that bad genes lol!!

    I think you have to use it religiously for 30-40 mins a day and it contracts the muscles with electric shocks to simulate hours of excersise...anyway, that's the theory. I need to tone up my bingo wings, that's for sure!!!
