From an 800g loaf I tend to buy sainsburys fresher for longer would that count as a hex b and would it be 1 slice or 2?

If it's wholemeal it counts as a HEXB yep. You get 57g of wholemeal as a HEXB so if you weigh it and get a rough idea how much that is, it's usually about 1.5 slices of a 800g loaf.

Which days is bread a hex b?

Is bread a hexb on all days, or only certain ones?

Wondered if it was only red days as green days high in carbs as it is!

Just started so double checking I'm clear on everything :)

HEXB on all days - but only wholemeal unless it's a brand specifically listed as a HEX.

Thanks very much for the info, planning to have a wholemeal roll less than 57g for a hexb tomorrow :)
