Slim and save meal packs in a saucepan?

I guys n gals

I'm doing the cd at the moment but my step dad has given me a few sample packs of s& s meals and I don't have a microwave! (or a toaster for that matter lol) and am wondering if you can make up the packs in a saucepan? Xx

Yes we don't have a microwave either, they cone out just lovely low heat and soak the pasta/beany ones before heating
