Slim and save vs lipotrim

Tried both and in my opinion it's slim & save. Much more choice and variety. Everyone's different hun. What's good about s & s is you can buy samples to try before you buy :D

Lipotrim was developed by proper medical types and you know you're getting 100% of what you need. It's tried, tested blah blah... But boring as hell!!

S&S - I'm not entirely convinced it's as medically safe... but omg does it taste good :D

S&s by far!!!! I don't think it would be sold if wasn't medically tested the only difference medically is you dont have that person to weigh you and give you your packs, well thats what i think anyway, some have been on this diet over 6 months with no problems, I think LT is a rip off! But that's just me again lol x

Well the LT products might have been medically tested but the pharmacist where I got mine from seemed far from professional to be honest. The factories where the S&S products are made make VLCD packs for a number of different VLCDs and I'm sure that they're regulated to be able to do so. S&S don't actually make the packs, they supply the packs from manufacturers that specialise in making these sort of meal packs. Here is one of S&S's suppliers:

The woman I used to get my LT off was useless and so ignorant! Hated going to her x

has to be slim and save the best one, much more choice ,

i did lipotrim as well and it did get a bit boring after a while

i wished i found sns 1st

I dunno if it was coincidence but my weightloss has been lower the two weeks I swapped (slowly) over to S&S from LT.

I think maybe sometimes I ate too much veg or protein? Or it was just me... I dunno.

i think its because you are getting closer to your target your weight loss slows down as this is whats happening to me

I have just been looking on the suppliers website to see what other flavours they do.....I hope that Rob and his team look at the crispy style bars as they look fab, also the ready made drink would be great for when out and about as I always have to take the bar...which I struggle with a bit.

I think all in all there is loads of choice on the S&S, loads more than I had on CD, but most of all I love the fact you can eat "real" food each day if you choose to as it nice sometimes just to feel the textures of the veg. I know when I was on CD I was desperate just to be able to chew actual "food" and I totally craved fruit and veg....still craving the fruit on this one but passifying it with the veg.

I did ask Rob about the ready made drinks but they ruled them out at the time because of the weight for posting, and also because of the risk of damage in transit. A tetra bursting could ruin a month's supply of S&S packs and cost the company a lot of money I guess.

Definitely agree with this. It's why I've lasted so long on this diet (when I did LT a few years ago I caved after 4 months).

Thanks for the update Boarders Girl, I have a wedding in a few weeks time and I am not sure what to do as I have to stay away with the girls from work for it. I plan to have a shake for breakfast, then a bar for lunch as on the road, we will be at the evening do - where I plan to only have vegis and meat (if I can) if not I will avoid eating sneek of to my room for another shake. and then I suppose yet another shake as I cant get my food cooked. It will be another day of shakes on the way back on sunday ( this means I have to take my hand blender!)

Has anyone else tried to eat meals packs whilst in a hotel??? how did it work out?

I lost my first 3 stone with Lipotrim, it was great. Have lost half as much again with slim and save, but it seems slower. I bet it would have slowed down on Lipotrim anyway. I do enjoy having greater choices as I still plan to be on it for some time yet. x

I've just done almost 3 weeks on Lipotrim and am so sick of the shakes and soup so am swapping to S&S tomorrow. It's apparently possible to lose 1 stone a month on both so I'd rather have the better choice & real food x

I am loosing a steady 3lb per week, which is just shy of the stone a month, I did loose more at the start but thinking about it every single diet that I do this is the case. So I have now completed 8 weeks and lost 2st 7lb so sticking with it....should be done in time for Christmas......a big fruit platter is on my Christmas list.....and some size 12 jeans!!!!
