hi all im starting tomorrow so I thought id start my diary ready for tomorrow. my main target is my holiday in may next year but will be starting ttc again in dec so hoping it will help me get pg. we have been ttc 2 years with no look and now ive got to have a break cause I wont able to fly pg and it gives me chance to sort things out like losing weight and getting healthy. im going it alone cause ive been doing sw off and on since I was 18 im now 34. I have all the stuff and im totally focus but im gonna need this site.

well I weighed in at 14.4 1/2 this morning im gonna aim for a gentle 2lb a week which gets me to my target of 9.13lb (don't ask it just sounds good lol ) for my hols in plenty of time allowing for slow weeks.
got my water and my coffee just waiting for shopping to be delivered so I can have breakfast.

Breakfast: yogurt and fruit (soya yogurt)
Lunch: jacket cheese used my a and b on this salad salad cream gonna count 3 for this cause its light and I used about 3tbsp
Pineapple to follow.

All been yummy so far
