    ohhh it is lush

bough some last night and had half of it today (as a snack)

reason i got it; someone told me it was super sweet.

took a sugar craving today and one mouthful it the craving on the head. i wont make a habit of having them, but will keep one in the house for when i get that stupid craving for sugar

Are they bars or actual meringues? Sounds a bit sickly to me! I have a fruit fudge meal bar when I 'need' something sweet, rest of the time I have vanilla shake in coffee & soup for lunch.

ps are they low carb then & do they count as 'snacks'? thanks

there the shakes, ready made in tesco atm on offer for a pound a bottle.......

i just have half a bottle for a snack, if even.

carbs aren't too bad, but when you look at the carbs in the cs snack bars.......

Ahh yes, I assumed the bars would be a bit higher that's why I only have 3 a week, as I do find them a bit 'addictive'.
