slim fast points?

had a slim fast for brekkie today, wasn't very hungry but felt i best have something. how many pps in it made with skimmed milk? 250 ml and 2 scoops of powder?

thank you! yeah i felt the same, they really do fill me up so may have them more often cos don't always feel like eating or making food!

food is the better option, but its better than no food at all.
