So I thought I would start a diary in the hope it keeps me on track... I work overseas during the summer (and sometimes winter) and since coming back from Spain in November and eating 3 meals a day and doing hardly exercise, the weight I lost last year has piled back on. I'm due to go back to Greece in April so am on a mission to lose as much as possible between now and then! I lost 14lbs in week one, and since Wednesday ( start of week 2) I'm already down 3lbs. I'm hoping to lose at least another 2st before I leave which would have me in the 13's for the first time in about 10 years so that's my focus right now, especially as I will need to buy lots of nice summer dresses and tops soon!
