Down 2.2lbs - 277.4lbs. 33 days - 4 weeks and 5 days to 21 June. Fingers crossed I can do 14lbs total.

I am going to "skip" last week. So hoping for a loss come Friday.
 
I've slightly lost track of myself! But I think that's a loss... not quite as much as I'd have liked. But I also know that there was A LOT of sugar consumed during Trek, alongside the calories burned!

You've done well..you might lose more this week that your body is a bit more relaxed.

Morning. I've decided to take a break from weighing, so won't be posting in the challenge at the moment.

Lots going on and I think staying off the scales for a bit is going to be better for me.

Will still be rambling in my diary, so feel free to pop by. And I'm sure I'll be in a better frame of mind for future challenges

2 weeks left - so hopeful I can get to 15lbs. My weight loss each week is very variable - mostly down but occasionally up - so the next fortnight will tell.

For me, I'm trying different variables, so it doesn't feel right to look at weight alone. I know that I want to build muscle at the moment, so the scales were never going to be the best representation!
 
I am the same. I have been trying different things but it seems they aren't working for me & I am gaining rather losing. Therefore I am going to go back to my own tested & trusted methods & giving myself until September to lose 1 stone, I have gained over 1.5 years.
It is much easier when you are trying to lose than when you are maintaining.
After losing & getting to target, I managed to maintain for 4 years and then started gaining & now I am at the point that I can't stand the gain any longer and have to take serious action - not going to starve myself but be mindful of what I eat and the snacks.
 
Sometimes it really is better the devil you know! I honestly believe so strongly in the power of mindful eating, and recognising genuine hunger
 
13lbs/15lbs down. 2lbs short. All good.
 
All right, I'm back! Regretting the decision to make this only a short challenge now that I disappeared for most of it, but nevermind.

Since my last result, I'm down 5lbs. Previous weight was already a messed up result as I'd been eating carbs and put on 3lbs in water weight, so the net difference is down 2lbs since the beginning of the challenge.

That means I maintained through the walk, and then I've dropped a couple of pounds since Sunday. Although it doesn't seem very impressive, I'm very happy with how weight loss is going at the moment.

Let's see if I can get a few bonus pounds off by the last weigh in!

Happy start of summer to everyone!

To round off the challenge I put on 2lbs this week. Totally expected as I finished the week by eating carbs so water weight will be involved.

Anyway, not my most successful challenge as I'm back where I started, but I'm in a good place right now with fitness and life. Looking forward to a great summer!
