Was it decided when this challenge stops? I know we're officially in summer now, my slimming world group challenge stops on tuesday, so I suppose its around now?

I haven't met my goal but I have shifted some weight so I'm happy about that . How does everyone else feel?

Thanks Charlotte, I love my holidays but they are the one thing that gets in the way of my weight loss, not that I am complaining though!
Just need to keep on going now to be the lightest I can get to for my next one in September, as you know I am not the fastest loser but my dream would be to be a max of 13st 13 by then...I can but dream! Take care hun! xxx

+1.5lbs this week, not suprising after the week we've had. My mental health has deteoriated this week so it's not been great at all.

Hubby and I cooked a good meal together last night so we felt much better having ate that than a takeaway and todays breakfast has been a balanced meal within syns so i'm back on plan .

Down is deffo in the right direction Littlemiss and you have not got much to lose now so it is going to come off much more slowly for you. I lose slowly with a lot to lose...I dread to think how much slower it will come off when I have only got a little bit left like you! xxx

Well done also to @jacci48 and @littlemissnaughty. Great losses also. Delighted for you all. You will motivate me!

Well as predicted I have gained 1.4lb. So now my total loss for the challenge is down to 3.8lb which I had probably lost in the first two weeks and I have not had my head in the game properly since. I am going to try and get back on track and I am going to log my weight here every week until it all clicks back into place for me. I have readjusted my goals for the year and I hope I can achieve them.
I am struggling without the running. I have an injury and I no longer have the time. I will have time again in September and hopefully I will be injury free by then. So for now I need to be better at watching what I eat. Much better! I can do this!
2/3 weeks left on this challenge and I want to be down another bit before the start of the new one.
