'Could do better' it would say on my report! The 1.5lb this week was my own fault. I have thought about it and moved on back to looking forward

I looked through loads last night on the laptop- there were pics of me looking worse! But Rome was our holiday where I was BIG and it stopped me enjoying myself cos of the heat and all the walking.... It took me nearly another year to find VLCDs... Now here we are- still trying to lose the last two stone!

In my head unless I look at a picture I'm still the same person- to be true in my head I was never 'that' big!

Not liking the weather... Might not go out of the door until work Monday ....

Take photos... You really can watch yourself shrink! It's really motivational- I have a set of photos of me in jeans n a white top- took one a fortnight- really did watch myself shrink!

I never realised how fat my arms were- I had to have my watch altered twice! And my rings went down three sizes!

I remember this night out- never realised how big I was- makes me super aware that I still don't know how big or small I am 5 stone later!

Insecurities all the way!!

Good bye 38 and hello day 39.... Albeit by a few minutes! Quick cuppa and bed a night out in just water maybe cheap but my god it's hard work!!
