Slim & Save - 1st Gone already!

Hello!

Thought I would post my progress on here as well as the S&S recommended site.

I'm on week 3 and have already lost 1 stone!

So pleased with this diet. Struggled last weekend - had a few parties but was right on track on Monday again and had my weigh in today and was happy to note I lost 4lbs!

So far so good! Let's hope I can continue to be good.
