I was wondering if it was okay to have the shakes for all 3 meals?
Not all the time or even very often just now and again and use the rest of my calories to fill up on fruit and veg etc?
Or is there a reason I can't have 3 in the same day? x
I think it's the nutrition side of it. But if you fill up on veg and protein etc you should be ok. Not every day though, you'll probably go mad, be sick of the shakes! Good luck xx
