Slimfast

Does anyone know the amount of syns/value of a Slimfast shake?

I often like to grab one for lunch but not sure if it's a bad idea whilst doing Slimming World.

i cant find them online however i know they are quite high, about 7/8 if i can remember. slimfast really goes against the principles of sw, its better just to eat some fruit or salad if your rushing

according to the directory the cans seem to be 11syns each (banana/cafe classic/chocolate/vanilla/strawberry) the powders -made up as directed- per serving also 11.....smoothie drink -all varieties 325ml bottles 10.5

no - I'm online (body optimise) and my weigh in day is thurs...so weighed in xmas day before I'd eaten!!!!! got to weigh in tmw morning too -gulp-!!!!
