Well I have GAINED 1.4lb this week. At the start of the new challenge!!!!
My head is not in the game at all. My children are on school holidays and my dh is working long hours so I have breakfast, lunch and dinner with the children and then dinner with dh. And I am doing little exercise. I know all this and I know what I need to do to lose weight so why can't I do it???
Anyway will aim to be good for today. I won't weigh in next Friday as dh is taking a long weekend so we can do something together with the children before they go back to school but I will check in when we are back.

Some great losses on here already. Well done to you all. I WILL join you soon.

I need to draw a few of my own lines Bex ! We can do it! My health is a little better thanks but I might have tried to get back on track a little too soon. I’m finding it tough and I’m in a lot of pain and food is a bit of a distraction. I am making some better choices though so that’s one thing x

3.4lbs down this week. So averaging just over 2lbs. Very happy with that as I eat well on keto and don't feel hungry when I don't break my fast until the afternoon.
