I am up 1lb this week. Cannot understand why as I hvae been very good food wise. Except for Sunday but even then I didn’t go too crazy. And I have never done more walking in all my life. Anyway it is what is.mi am disappointed but I have been out for a walk so will try and have a decent loss next week.
