    Can anyone explain how you get this, apart from obviously loosing the most weight. Thanks

    I thought slimmer of the month was just that, the one who lost the most weigh in the month.

    Slimmer of the week you have to have lost or maintained the previous week but I have had slimmer of the month before when I'd had a massive gain in the month.

    On the last weigh in of the month eat and drink as much as you possibly can on the day of weigh in, eat tons of free and superfree food. That should enable you to have a six to eight pound gain, which if you keep to plan every week for the next month, at 2 pound a week loss, you will manage an overall of twelve to fourteen pounds loss. That would normally be sufficient.

    A bit extreme to get a certificate though...

    I don't think I was unreasonable asking how you get slimmer of the month. I've been following the diet to the letter, I just wondered if it was like slimmer of the week, if you've had a gain you can't get it. I don't think there was any need for the sarcasm.

    I don't think it's just number of pounds lost, I think your % loss comes into play. A half stone off someone who is 10 stone is a "bigger" loss than someone who is 16 stone. I'm not sure though!

    I do sotm certificates at class as I'm on the social team it is most pounds lost you can get it even if you have gained as its whoever has lost the most weight in 4 weeks

    So say you lost 2 lbs on 3 weeks that's 6lbs but you gained 1 lb on the last week that's 5lbs lost so if someone has lost 5lbs or more they would get it does that make sense ?? X

    I took it as a bit snippy too. Maybe a 'smiley' would've conveyed the tongue in cheek-ness.

    To be fair though that's how I won SOTM last time I was doing SW once. I had a massive gain the last week of the month and got it off the first week of the next month then a steady loss for the rest of the month lol.

    Last time I was in slimmingworld that's how I got it too ha ha!!! That's why I actually thought he was being serious cos it does happen some people. Wasn't deliberate with me either though and obviously would be afraid of my life to do it deliberately as I prob wouldn't lose what I'd gained
