Hi I just wanted to know how do u win slimmer of the week? Because sometimes in my class someone can loose 5 lb but it's a person that's lost 4 lb that wins it am confused
1) It's the person who has lost the most amount of weight that week
2) Providing that they lost or maintained the week before.
(I keep hearing the shift workers who miss a week due to shifts are eligable but their weight loss is averaged over the previous two weeks). You also can't win it in your first week.
if you have a gain the week before you arent eligible and also your very 1st wiegh in doesnt count as you tend to have the biggest loss then hope this helps xx
At our group to be Slimmer of the week you have to: - have had a maintain or a loss the week before (you cannot become SOTW on your first week or if you had a gain the week before) - have lost the greatest amount that week - stay to group
Our group doesn't bother with SOTM.
I have been SOTW once and I loved it. It's such a great feeling, and even more than that..an extra sticky for your book
