Slimmer of the week

    Hi I just wanted to know how do u win slimmer of the week? Because sometimes in my class someone can loose 5 lb but it's a person that's lost 4 lb that wins it am confused

    The rules are..

    1) It's the person who has lost the most amount of weight that week
    2) Providing that they lost or maintained the week before.

    (I keep hearing the shift workers who miss a week due to shifts are eligable but their weight loss is averaged over the previous two weeks). You also can't win it in your first week.

    if you have a gain the week before you arent eligible and also your very 1st wiegh in doesnt count as you tend to have the biggest loss then hope this helps :) xx

    You also need to stay for the class so you could of lost the most in your group but if u didn't stay to class the week before you won't win

    that must differ at classes my C sometimes drops them off if they dont stay or gives to runner up and gives certificates out at the next meeting xxx

    How about SOTM?

    Does it get calculated on how much you've lost, even if you've had a gain, or the fact you've lost every week? Or a mixture of both? X

    SOTM is the most weight lost that month in total. If it includes your first week, the loss for that week is halved.

    I think it can vary slightly from group to group.

    At our group to be Slimmer of the week you have to:
    - have had a maintain or a loss the week before (you cannot become SOTW on your first week or if you had a gain the week before)
    - have lost the greatest amount that week
    - stay to group

    Our group doesn't bother with SOTM.

    I have been SOTW once and I loved it. It's such a great feeling, and even more than that..an extra sticky for your book ;)
