sw is the business,it has 3 plans-extra easy,red and green. i did the extra easy last year and oh my god,i couldnt get over how much food i could eat!! piles of potatoes,pasta,rice,bolognaise,lasagne,pizza and no counting anything! i am more than likely going to refeed and do the red plan first,you have to count your carbs in that one but still have everything you want to, then ill go onto extra easy its fab for family life! x
