Hi all , just wondering what everybody does to work out there triceps apart from tricep dips ?

I work with dumbells, hold one dumbell with both hands above your head bend the elbows and lower the dumbell between your shoulder blades and repeat.

Stand with your left knee in front right leg extended behind hold the dumbbell in your right hand, left hand on hip (NOT knee) keeping the arm bent lift and lower the dumbbell, keeping it close to the body (as if you were trying to start an outboard motor).
 
I walk at weekends and swim on tuesday nights plus some walking in the week too. But still its taken me 19 weeks to lose 11 pounds.
