Hi, I'm new to this. I joined slimming world last week and have lost 3 1/2 lbs. I am wondering if anyone found the introduction of exercise a help to maintain a weight loss of 1 to 2 lbs a week?
I am slowly introducing exercise, started with walks with my dogs. I did 3 extra walks in one week and lost 3lb. usually I lose 1/1.5lb so it helped me. Didn't want to jump into it tho as I don't want it to plateau
