slimming world book? Help?

Hi

I wonder if anyone can tell me please, the new shoppig guide, low syn snacks and branded food books how much are they and do they cover all three plans? Extra easy, original and green??

And are they worth it? I have one shopping book but it's about 5 yrs old?

Not sure how much they are but if a book is 5 yrs old it will probably be well out of date. My advice would be to get another one. I use the food directory, got so much info in it and it covers all plans
