Slimming world diet coke chicken alternative

So tried it with Diet coke and ketchup and was lovely, but concerned of the syn value with the amount of ketchup

has anyone used a lower syn alternative such as Passata or tinned tomartos... if so how did it go?

I'm pretty certain I read that people have used both and its come out just as nice

Asda eat smart tomato ketchup is 0.5 syns per tbsp too - its the cheapest one and I prefer it to Heinz!
