Slimming world extra easy

    Hi there everyone. Have been reading the posts on here and find it brilliant. I have done slimming world before but am new to extra easy. Can someone confirm if I am right in thinking I can have 1 he from a and 1 from b. Meals three times a day 2/3 free foods (carbs and proteins) and 1/3 super free foods (veg, salad, fruit)?

    Hiya - yes you've got the gist but when you say 3 meals a day don't forget that some people prefer 5 or 6 smaller meals rather than 3 main ones. Basically, whatever way you do it, you eat WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY and then only until you are SATISFIED....... not fit-2-burst. Your plate should consist of 1/3 superfree and the rest as free as possible but not necessarily 2/3. It could also contain some of your syn allowance like sauces, butter, additional cheese etc.

    Another thing to keep in mind is, whenever you need to snack choose superfree > free > syn - in that order.

    Does anyone know if slimming worlds rice pudding can just be eaten on an extra easy day or do I need to weigh it up with super free foods with the 2/3rds rule?? Confused

    I normally serve mine with berries, to make up the superfree

    That's great thanks, will do that next time. On extra easy if you have a small carb nibble like a spoonful of couscous or a protein like a piece of chicken in between meals, do you then need to have the opposite to weigh it up plus a super free food?

    If its just a small nibble like your tasting something as your cooking then I wouldn't worry about it, if its a snack then try and have superfree with it, I think sw say something like if your hungry have superfree first, then free and then your syns. Hope that helps x
