Starting fresh today. I have 17 pounds to loose. I'm getting married in a few months and want to be down to a healthy weight. I plan on posting my food diary here every day to try and motivate myself. Feel free to join in and post yours. I'm a vegetarian so I will be following the green plan which allows you to have two healthy a's and two healthy b's.
 
Breakfast: weetabix (healthy b) and milk ( healthy a) and banana

Snack: apple

Lunch: baked beans, egg and quorn sausages

Snack: fat free yogurt

Dinner: potatoe, broccoli, peas, quorn fillet.

Treats/ syns: Marietta biscuits 3 syns.
Bread roll 8 syns


Exercise: cycle to work and home twice ( hour in total)
