hehe, that made me chuckle. I'm sure you mean 'session'... i hope it wasnt like a lesson!!! LOL

I'm a bristol girlie also, which class do you attend?

Although 10-15 is the recommended amount dailey, if you find that useing them as a weekly guide easier then that is fine also. I personally use mine dailey as this helps me stay in control, but many use them as a weekly guide and do perfectly fine. My consultant does her's weekly, so its not shunned upon, don't fret!

if you find it affects your weight loss, then maybe you should concider this your first port of call.. but if your happy with your losses then dont worry!!

Good luck on your first week :) xxx

I used to be the same, at first I hardly used any syns, some days id use none at all! but after a while, I realised that if i wanted to keep on track then id need to use my syns so that it was a normal lifesytle and I would be able to keep this up long term! But i totally know where youre coming from, ive been on low cal diets before and the thought of being able to have a packet of crisps or a choclolate bar just seemed mental! but thats the beauty of slimming world, its not a normal diet! I see it as a lifestyle change rather than a diet, and syns really come in useful when you want to go out drinking or for a meal with friends etc!

Trust the plan, it really works!!!

Good luck with your journey - hope you learn to love slimming world as much i as do! cxxxx

Hi I just reached my target weight a couple of weeks ago at the Westbury SW in Bristol. The plan is fabulous and I always saved my syns until the weekend, having minimum through out the week. This allowed me to socialise normally, and it certainly worked, with only a few weeks were I put on a lb or half lb.
Good luck, it will take a bit of getting used to but once you do it's great!
