Slimming world newbie

Hi guys. Just a quick introduction!

I'm 24, starting weight is 12st 1lb
I'd like to get down to at least 10.5st to feel comfortable in myself again.

I was recently trying the slim fast diet after Christmas and lost 6lb but my weight didn't shift any more than that so thought I would try something new!

I'm trying it without the meetings/ joining which I know isn't the best but I just can't afford the extra expense of joining. If anyone knows of any free resources/ info please let me know!

I haven't really got a goal date but would like to have shifted a bit by this summer for my holiday.

Any tips or advice for someone just starting out would be greatly appreciated :)
 
Other than MiniMins of course there is an Instagram community, YouTube sw food hauls.

All of which can be shared on minimins.

The sw recipies section will have loads of inspiration and of course asking members in the sw section
