Slimming World is great if you are on a budget especially Green days as you can stock up on plenty of pasta, rice and potatoes which is all really cheap.
I tend to shop online and buy supermarkets own brand of some stuff.
I also go to the supermarket later on in the day when they reduce everything like bread, meats etc xxx
