I am living in Spain at the moment and I would like to join SW. There are no current groups in Spain.
I was thinking to join on-line....I have heard they are not helpful...any suggestions?

I used it with a group - it is helpful. There's also other people on here who don't go to groups - so you'll have company. Why not try it for a month and see if you like it?
Then you can learn the system and decide whether to stay. You'll find lots of blogs with SW recipes - and support here on the SW forum.
