I do thoroughly recommend it. Ive always been a grazer, i find it really helps me. I love food and i find im constantly thinking about what im eating next. At least i know ive not got long to wait before my next feed.

Dont worry about the chips. Strike them off and start afresh! You can do it. x

7.00 Strawberrys
9.30 egg
10.30 Banana
11.30 Strawberrys
1.00 soup and brown roll
2.30 Hot choc with more strawberrys
4.00 Yogurt
5.00 Apple then 6.00 Bacon, egg, beans, and maybe a glass of red wine. xxxxxxx

Have ended up having a small bag of chocolate and pecan popcorn, Was 130 cals so approx 6.5 syns. Hopefully i can resist other temptations as i cant syns my curry sauce for tea. Not had my soup or my banana yet, so they will do as an afternoon snack now.

Day off tomorrow, which usually turns out to be my downfall. Off out for lunch with hubby and will hopefully have beef or chicken salad. My prob with salad is i end up having loads of salad cream or mayo. I look like a loser when we go out, with my own bottle of light dressing and a jar of garlic pepper, but some things are a must to survive the diet world arent they?

Anyway, enough of tomorrow, still got today to deal with.................

Gah, didn't do great yesterday. Had half an Easter egg. I think coz I wasn't feeling great and didn't feel like having my soup, I let myself get too hungry. Of course I've had the other half egg today!!!!

Not got a lot on today. Off to docs to see about getting the implant, pub lunch, ironing, pick up kids, blah, blah

I seem to be on self destruct mode just lately. I was doing so well and im really disappointed in myself. Ive gained one of the lbs i lost last week. Its TOTM so its sort of explainable so still very bad behaviour. Ive lived off chocolate and junk this weekend. And ive had 6 biscuits this morning already!!

Food today
B: boiled egg, banana, 6 biscuits!!:cry:
S: carrot soup
L: ryvitas (b), phili (a), chilli jam and smoked salmon
S: melon, apple
D: chicken curry and actifry chips (b)

Really need to control myself.

Ok, i am such a disaster zone right now. I cannot get my head round doing this. I understand it, i just have this immense sweet craving and i CANT control it.

S: strawberries and yog
D: sea bass, rice and asparagus

Im feeling so down and cant seem to snap out of it. I dont know if im feeling down because im eating junk or im eating junk because i feel down!!
 
I wasnt great yesterday again but im determined to keep going and trying at least!

D: not sure, maybe ribs with actifry chips

Did some of Davina's power of 3 last night. I did level one of 30 day shred on Monday night. Hopefully something will help. I still ache on my legs from Monday so i only did the abs section of davina.
 
BAAAAAD weekend. Back on track today. Weight not looking great but im still feeling positive. Ive done 30 day shred most nights since Tuesday. My food hasnt been ideal but i have tried my best.

Tuesday 8th May - Red day
B: hot water with lemon, banana, apple
S: asparagus soup
L: jacket spud (hxb), bolognase and cheese (hxa)
S: melon
D: Roast dinner with HXB roasties, and veggies
 
Hi Kelly sorry i have not been on but i my diet just went out of the window
had a weekend of partying and now i need to start a again, so back on track
as from today, i promise to come on every day now. Sue xxxxx
 
Had a good couple of days so far. Really couldnt find the time to come on here yesterday to update so heres yesterdays:
Wednesday 9th May - red

S: tinned mackerel in tom sauce
L: ryvitas (b), phili (a), chilli jam and smoked salmon
S: jaffa cake (2 syns)
S: yog
D: roast dinner with roasties (b) and veggies and cheese sauce (3 syns)
S: melon
S: handful of skittles (? syns)

Did another session of 30 day shred too last night.
 
Thursday 10th May - red day
B: boiled egg, banana, apple, cereal bar (3 syns)
S: brocolli soup
L: ryvitas (b), phili (a), chilli jam and smoked salmon
S: yog, melon
D: homemade burgers (no buns) with mushrooms, onions, and actifry chips (b), maybe a spoonful of beans (? syns)

No 30 day shred today but hopefully gonna do level one tomorrow morning and then poss level two in the afternoon.
