Slow Cooker Quorn bolognaise

Ingredients
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker (on high), mix well and cook for at least 3-4 hours or until all the ingredients are cooked and part of a thick sauce consistency.
Alternative leave on low or auto in the morning and should be yummy and ready when you get home

- 1 pack Quorn Quorn Mince
- 2 medium carrot(s), grated
- 1 large can canned tomatoes
- 2 level teaspoon tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon Marigold Health Foods Ltd Swiss Vegetable Bouillon Powder, dissolved in 150mls boiling water
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
