I have recently bought myself a Slow Cooker, and I am looking for any healthy/Low GI/GL, WW, SW, recipes.

Any ideas would be great as I have never used a slow cooker before.

    Hi,
I've just ordered a slowcooker recipe book from Amazon this week. After a friend recommended it. ULTIMATE SLOW COOKER by Sara Lewis = £5-69.

In the front of the book it shows you different ways to use the slow cooker. You can even make puddings in it.

Can't wait for mine to arrive. Ive just been making soups and stews in mine. Will let you know when mine arrives.
