Slow cooker recipes

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any Slow Cooker recipes they'd like to share?

Either low syn or free? And freezable (although I assume pretty much everything is freezable)

I'd be really grateful. I'm a bit of a slow cooker novice (even though I've had it for year, I've only ever done a sausage casserole in it lol).

I've made a few things in mine since getting it a few weeks ago. I'll link them in for you! (some of them I've tweaked slightly to fit SW better . . . replacing oil for fry-light etc)

There is no need to use oil in the chicken and bacon casserole and would use lean smoked back bacon instead. I wouldn't even bother frying it off first, just chuck it all in...
