Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any Slow Cooker recipes they'd like to share?

Either low syn or free? And freezable (although I assume pretty much everything is freezable)

I'd be really grateful. I'm a bit of a slow cooker novice (even though I've had it for year, I've only ever done a sausage casserole in it lol).

Thanks in advance :) x

I've made a few things in mine since getting it a few weeks ago. I'll link them in for you! (some of them I've tweaked slightly to fit SW better . . . replacing oil for fry-light etc)

Chicken and bacon casserole: http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/9035/chicken-and-bacon-casserole.aspx?o_is=LV

Chicken and mushroom medley: https://online.slimmingworld.co.uk/recipes/chicken-mushroom-medley.aspx

Creole chicken: http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/1316/creole-chicken-in-the-slow-cooker.aspx?o_is=LV

Jambalaya (the smoked sausage in this is a few syns but totally worth it!): http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/9410/jambalaya-in-a-slow-cooker.aspx?o_is=LV

Irish stew (not actually a slow-cooker recipe but it works perfectly as one): https://online.slimmingworld.co.uk/recipes/irish-stew.aspx

I'm going to try chilli in the slow cooker next week, will drop the recipe in here if it works well. :)

There is no need to use oil in the chicken and bacon casserole and would use lean smoked back bacon instead. I wouldn't even bother frying it off first, just chuck it all in...
