Need some advice please!
So I have a joint of beef I want to do on sunday, but as we will be out for the day I wanted to do it in the slow cooker, I've cooked a "pot roast" with like a sauce but I wondered if I could roast it without any liquid? I don't want to break it as its my mums :-/
