Am I the only one that has only lost about two pounds in about 10 days.
Have not cheated, drank my water and still the scales don't seem to be moving in the right direction.
I read on here about all the weight people lose in the first and second weeks, but diddley squat for me:cry:
ignore my ticker it's wrong, and it won't change. Have tried to delete it, but can't, so I don't bother with it.
