Am I the only one that has only lost about two pounds in about 10 days.
Have not cheated, drank my water and still the scales don't seem to be moving in the right direction.
I read on here about all the weight people lose in the first and second weeks, but diddley squat for me:cry:
ignore my ticker it's wrong, and it won't change. Have tried to delete it, but can't, so I don't bother with it.

I am a slow loser. I've accepted that and I also know that cheese stalls me completely. Tell us what you are eating and we can see if you have a staller there.

I eat everything on the allowed list.
The only thing I do wrong is have full fat milk- but only enough for 4 cups of tea and I count it in the cabs allowance.

Well, yeah but cheese is on the allowed list but it stalls a lot of us. Different things affect different people.

It can't not work. Give it time, it will kick in and you will start shedding pounds. What Leanne says is right - some of the allowed foods do stall ppl's losses. Are you eating enough even? I know my lower loss in week two was down to my not eating regularly to keep me burning away.

Perhaps try going as strict as possible for a few days and see if that causes some activity.

Sue, I suspect it's because you don't have a huge amount to loose myself
