Hi, I've joined SW several times in the past with limited success. In fact last time I joined, in March, I didn't lose a single pound in 3 weeks and actually gained a half pound so I gave up in despair. My friend at work who weighed about the same as me has lost almost a stone on SW in 4 weeks with very little effort but she did tell me that her leader did not lose on SW for 6 whole weeks when she joined but that the weight then started to come off. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience that would then give me hope? I love SW as it's so easy to stick to, i love all the good wholesome food and I really want it to work.
