Slowly struggling and Holiday in 6 weeks time...please help me

    I've started this a few times before and need to get my ass into gear, had to rebook our holiday which is now in 6 weeks instead of 9 (operators huge mistake :mad: - but all is okay now as we've booked somewhere better and cheaper). Having to miss weigh in today :(

    Hopefully now my other half has contracts right through until Mid Sept, working days or working away it'll be much easier not to be tempted to eat out or drink wine in the evenings!

    I have planned my meals this week as follows:

    TUES -Grapefruit and Mullerlight, King Prawns and Cous Cous, Chilli Con Carne (EE)
    WEDS - Fruit and Yoghurt, SW Bacon and Cheese Quiche with salad, Pork Chop and Ratatouille (RED)
    THURS - Fruit and Yoghurt, Bacon and Mushroom Omelette, Roast Beef and veggies (RED)
    FRI - Fruit and Yoghurt, Mugshot Pasta and left over slice of Quiche, Lamb Biryani (EE)
    SAT - Bacon and Egg, Salmon Fillet and Salad, Homemade Burgers (RED)
    Sun - Omelette, Roast Pork and veggies, Cheese and tuna on Toast (RED)
    MON- Fruit and Yoghurt, Noodle Mugshot, Pasta Carbonara (GREEN)

    Weds: Extra Easy
    Brek: Chopped Pineapple smothered in Apricot Mullerlight (it is gorgeous mmmmm)
    Lunch: Mugshot Cheesy Pasta, Cherry Mullerlight
    Dinner: Chilli Con Carne (as didn't have this last night had chicken instead)

    Drinks will be orange squash and fruit tea.

    Hi there! Just noseying through some diaries for ideas and spotted the cheesy pasta mugshot - did you count that as syns? Sorry if I'm preaching to the educated :D

    RED DAY, THURS

    Fresh Chooped Pineapple (brek)
    Lunch New Potato, Bacon, Mushroom, Tomatoes SW Quiche (1 x HeB, 1 X HeA)
    Dinner: Roast Beef, Turnip and Carrot Mash, Broccoli

    Breakfast - Fruit
    Lunch - Bacon and Mushroom Quiche (hea cheese)
    Dinner - Roast Beef, Carrots, Turnip Mash and Broccoli

    Friday: Red Day

    Breakfast, Fruit
    Lunch: Wholemeal Roll topped with Bacon and Brie (hea x 2, heb)
    Dinner: Tilapia Fillet and Spicy Lamb and Red Pepper Kebab on BBQ, with salad (lettuce, tomatoes, spring onions, cucumber, carrot)
    2 x Alpen Light Bars (heb)
    Syns: 3 glasses of red wine - 18

    Saturday : Red Day

    Brekkie, Honeydew Melon, Grapefruit and Vanilla Mullerlight
    Lunch: Chicken and Egg Salad
    Dinner: King Prawn and Pepper Skewer,Homemade Burgers (heb - roll, mozzarella, hea)

    3 glasses red wine - 18 syns :-0 NAUGHTY

    Pink Grapefruit and Honeydew Melon, cranberry and raspberry mullerlight
    Lunch: Salmon Fillet and Salad, Apple, Vanilla Mullerlight
    Dinner: Mince, tinned toms, onions, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, basil topped with HE Cheese

    2 x Hifi Bars

    Syns: Packet Hula Hoops
