Eating out here tomorrow. Does anone have any suggestions as to what to have off the menu?

I was thinking that the chicken ramen may not be too bad. Says it's made with sesame oil, so how many syns should I allow for that? Sounds like it's similar to the chicken ramen that is served in Wagamama.

How about going for the steak and chips but ask them to exchange the chips for a jacket potato?

i would probably go for the ramen also, or a risotto, not sure on the syns though chick. xx
