Hi I'm after some advice, I've been on SS+ for 8 weeks, have so far lost 2st 2lb, been having 2 shakes a day and a small meal, weightloss started to slow down a bit so my cambridge consultant recommended to start having a small breakfast of maybe 1 egg and 1 turkey sausage? I would really appreciate anyone else's views on this as I'm in 2 minds?? Thanks
