Small's Diary!

I thought I would start to keep a little diary on here because I'm on here all the time now.

I started yesterday and it went better than I expected.

Yesterday I had:

Breakfast: Vanilla shake
Snack: Vanilla and almond Bar
Lunch: Spicy Spaghetti with lettuce and onions
Dinner: Chicken breast, lettuce and cucumber.

Snack: Mini babybel

All that and I still didn't reach 650 calories which is great.

I haven't felt very hungry which is a bonus for me but I keep thinking im gunna fail at some point as im so used to giving up on diets so I've told myself that I will do this until I feel like I either don't want to any more or feel like I cant do it anymore. I want to lose a minimum of 2 stone on s&s before I move over to slimming world which is the eventual plan.

So today has gone ok far...

Breakfast: mini babybel.
Snack: Yoghurt lemon bar.
Lunch: Chili, Lettuce, Onion, Cucumber.

Just reading that now does anyone know if I can have the babybell aswell as the chicken?? I hope so.

Anyway here's hoping this continues well x

Hi Small_Jaxy

Well done on making a start and being a 100%

Remain positive and 100% and in no time you'll have that 2stone off.

Slim and save say it an average of a 1st a month....so its a short time to give up to get where you want,

As for your babybel I have to say I didn't think you were allowed that...if you are that should count as your protein allowance for the day and therefore no chicken.

I do know if you are following the lifestyle plan you should be having 150ml of semi skimmed milk: maybe that can be substituted for the babybel...

So I don't have the answer for you...however if you log on to the SnS website you can have a live chat with one of the guy SnS peeps. They always there and quick with responses, they will give you a sure answer and you can share with us.

Welcome....and will be watching your journey

Thank you, I've decided to just cut it out. Keep it simple!

So Friday I was really proud I took the kid and a friends kid to McDonalds and resisted. Just sat there with my water! go me!

Then yesterday not so good, everyone got Chinese and I shared some chow mien it was so delish I didn't even regret it lol! I did beat myself up about it but then again what's the point so I'm over it now.

Today is going well so far litre of water down already and have many things to keep me busy!
Have organised all my packs so I can just pick a set up a day without trying to decide which one to have.

Feeling very positive!!!

Well done of resisting MCD's...that's not always easy.

As for the slip this does happen.....just jump back on the wagon asap is the best you can do and you seem to be doing that.

I am so shattered have been 100% today and has been relatively ok until tonight I was sooo hungry I had my final pack and meal at 6:30 which was prob too early but lesson learned!! I even made a slice of toast cut it up then thought no I'm not doing this and threw it away running for my water lol!! I've drank over 3L of water so im feeling very positive after my blip yesterday!!

I had a good old work out today have lifted up two carpets, packed up two rooms took down furniture I am SHATTERED! More to do tomorrow! lets hope I do aswell then as today! x

Well done on not not having the toast...you may think its just a small thing but small enough to through you out of ketosis.

Keep it up...its worth it

Haven't been on much the last few days have done too well have been quite ill so didn't stick to plan that much! Still, i weighed in today with a loss of 7lbs!!! yayyyy! I'm very pleased with that and tomorrow will be back on it! I have a wedding next week and am unsure if i'm going to be on plan or not ill see what happens! I won't be drinking though so kinda swaying towards not going off the plan!

Anyway feeling alot better now so heres to a successful week ahead. I've decided that once i've used up my remaining packs i'm going to move over to Slimming world! while this diet is great for a quicker result as its financially not the best. I would normally spend £30-£40 a week shopping for me and the kid and now i'm having to spend more and as a student its causing difficulty. I think this has been a great start for me as i know i can lose weight and yes it will be slower but i have to accept that it wont happen overnight!

I just hope i stick to it this time as i have a shocking track record for weightloss! But positive thinking and all that :) xxx
