Anyone know the syns for a smarties cookie..it was a fairly small 1 bought in a 6 pack from Asda,thanks..millies are coming up at 8/9 but sure it wasnt as big and not as yummy either lol x

...was so not worth it..need to get in the habit of checking syns before I consume..this is to be my biggest downfall,taking a guess,lol

As a rule of thumb if there is no free food allowance ie crisps, biscuits, alcohol you can use the 20 cals per syn guide to calculate syns

8 or 9 syns is pretty low for a cookie actually. I don't imagine your asda one will be very different.

It was 8.5 but im sure it was much smaller than a millies cookie..oh well never mind!
