Ohhhh I'm lapsing again lol But I'm here now with yesterdays and todays food diaries lol

Breakfast:
Porridge (HEXA & B) with chocolate spread (4.5 syns) & topped with strawberries.
Lunch: Nothing :(
Tea: Gehaktballen (dutch style meatballs) with mash & mustard dip.
Snacks: chocolate orange hifi bar (3 syns)

Water intake: 2 pints

Total syns: 7.5

Today
Breakfast:
2 tesco wheat biscuits (HEXB) with milk (HEXA) topped with kiwi & strawberries.
Lunch: Butternut squash soup. Fruit salad with orange mullerlight
Tea: Pork escalope ( 3 syns for breadcrumbs) with sauce, peas, green beans & SW wedges. 2 tbsp. light mayo (1.5 syns)
Snacks: 1/4 syn revel sweet lol. Yoomoo tropical yoghurt (3.5 syns)

Total syns: 8 1/4 syns :D
 
Another good day. Was my mums 70th birthday meal and stuck to diet cola and had a sunday roast :D

Breakfast: Scrambled egg & bacon on toast (HEXA milk & HEXB & 4 syns extra bread). Dashing of brown sauce (0.5 syn)
Lunch: Nothing :(
Tea: Sunday Roast (10 syns for gravy, oil and 1 homemade yorkshire pud)
Drinks: Lots of diet cola lol, coffee, no added sugar dilute pop

Total syns: 14.5
 
Sat debating when to start cooking tea. Would have been having it around about now but had my son off poorly with a sickness bug and hes still not well :(
Good news we are officially going to be on housing so hubby had to go dads to print off the forms then he's escorting my mum home lol so I'm stuck as daughter goes to dance at 7pm and sons in bed lol x arghhhhhh

Breakfast: Overnight oats (Hexb) with vanilla mullerlight yoghurt, kiwi and orange
Lunch: sausage (4 syns), bacon and cheese (Hexa)
omelette with salad and Plum tomatoes. 0.5 Syn for salad cream
Tea: Boxty cakes with stir fry cabbage ham, mixed veg and tomatoes. 0.5 Syn for salad cream

Total syns: 5

Its not but after last few weeks been off plan its a welcome change being good lol

Lunch: Jacket potato (0.5 syn for marg) with tuna & sweetcorn mayo (0.5 syn). Side salad (0.5 syn for salad cream)
Tea: Chilli con carne with SW chips & side salad (0.5 syn for mayo)
Snacks: Orange mullerlight
Drinks: Coffee, Tea, no added sugar dilute pop

Total syns: 6.5
 
Well I'm very very very happy to report a 4lb loss, which means I'm under my next and last stone bracket :D Also means I'm also only 13lbs away from target now so its really spurring me on to get there soon :D
Got my 1.5st award today too and won raffle so not a bad day at all :D
Have decided when my 12 week countdown runs out next week, I'm going to buy a 6 week countdown as hopefully be close to target by then :D

Drinks: Coffee, Diet Pepsi, Tea (0.5 syn for whole milk)

Total syns: 6.5
 
Feel like I've been going round in circles. Currently private renting and love the house we're in but some jobs need doing and others not been done properly yet landlord wants to increase rent from £450 to £500 :( Was only suppose to be increased to £475 so onto letting agency in morning. Have also be running around getting paperwork gathered together to get on housing register and now that's done we are officially now on it and I've bidded on 2 properties :D
Food wise I've been really good, in fact I've struggled to get syns in but managed it just lol
So here is todays food :D

Breakfast:

Drinks: Coffee, no added sugar dilute pop, cadburys highlights (2 syns)

Total syns: 5.5
 
Totally forgot to update food diary yesterday as basically been told by letting agency that the rent will be £500 and that are totally not bothered so now looking for another house :( fell asleep about half 9 because I was so upset. Was that or order takeaway and get drunk lol feel better after a good night's sleep, won't let the idiots get us down :)
So yesterdays food looked like this...

Tea: Taco jackets with salsa, refried beans and salad (2 syns)
Snacks: Vanilla mini milk (1.5 Syns)

Total syns: 8.5
 
I private rent too, and I feel your pain! I pay stupid amount of rent for what it is, not sure I can get on the housing list though,

Where abouts are you? You can set up online then they will contact you to bring in paperwork to prove who you are x
We are in lowest band because we are in a 3 bed but looking at private renting a 2 bed and claim over crowding to go up bands xx

Had another good day food wise :)
Went to a table top sale earlier which had a fair bit for kids but not much for myself although did get a bag and a photo frame lol Also went to our Footy stadium to change my onesie for the footy shirt I'm wearing on pic lol Size 10 jeans, feels surreal but so pleased :)
So today's food looks like this...

Breakfast: 2 weetabix (hexb) with milk (hexa) topped with banana & 1 tsp honey (1 syn)
Lunch: baked beans on 1 slice of toast (5 syns)
Tea: 2 tesco healthy living cumberland Sausages (2 syns), 2 eggs, mixed veg and SW chips. 1 tbsp mayo (0.5 Syn). Tsp salad cream (0.5syn)
Drinks: Tea, coffee, no added sugar dilute pop

Total syns: 9
 
So you should be! It is a wonderful achievement and you should be well proud of yourself!
I am xx aiming for target now. 13lbs to go :D
 
Each pound from here will make a big difference and you will probably notice the inches coming off quicker.
