Snacks!!

Hi everyone,

I'm doing Slimming World but I live in Spain and I'm really struggling with snacking. My main meals each day are really healthy but snacking lets me down. Does anyone know of any snack recipes of things that I can keep in the cupboard/fridge to make me snack on something tasty?? :)

If you go on the main SW website there are lots of dips which are v low in syns that you can get and then have with cut up veg?
There's the obvious fruit etc. Maybe try freezing some yogurts?
Its difficult being in Spain i have no idea what u will have to buy. i often have extra low fat laughing cow triangles and ryvita, light mini baby bells, carrot sticks, peppers, spring onions with dip, fat free yogurts like Muller lights, frozen yogurts, fruit...
How big a snack do u like to eat?? what tyoes of things do you go for? i could dig some ideas/recipes out for u if u let me know x

Thanks for the ideas :) . I snack on fruit and veg and stuff but end up getting bored. Here we tend to eat breakfast at 8am and lunch at around 3pm so around 12 I always end up getting peckish. I've tried the asparagus and courgette fritata, something that I can have in the fridge ready to pick at when I'm hungry. Just normal sized snacks, something I can prepare beforehand, leave in the fridge and then eat when hungry.
