Hi all, I am on day 2 of Induction. I am suffering with a few head aches today.

I am used to snacking on fruit through out the day if I am hungry but obviously fruit is a no-no so what do you guys eat

I love those ore cooked crispy bacon rashers you can get. There's 55g in a pack and they barely have any carbs in them. Tesco do there own brand which i prefer but you can also get them in Denny brand.

I think some people here eat pork scratchings. I got mr porky ones ... They are an acquired taste and so far I've only managed half a bag.

2 slices of corned beef sandwiched together with cream cheese.
or a piece of cheese spread with marmite
or a spoonful of cream with a bit of cocoa and splenda mixed in.
or a packet of pork scratchings.
or a handful of peanuts.
or a mini pepparami (lidl, much cheaper) dipped in mayo
 
i always have cooked chicken breasts in the fridge so I'll have that with pesto dip or just have a spoonfull of philidephia cheese
 
I'm a fussy eater so it's only really chicken for me. Not much I can snack on
 
Yes but not cottage cheese - and still always check the label - I like the primula in the tubes and Philadelphia x

Note that own brand cream cheeses have fewer carbs than philadelpia and do be v careful in induction!
